Your Order Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after you or a third party (not the carrier) receives the Goods.

We will reimburse you within 14 days after receiving the returned Goods, using the same payment method. You won’t incur any reimbursement fees.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
Goods are in original, unused condition with packaging intact.
Non-returnable Goods include:
Custom or personalized orders.
Perishable or expired items.
Health or hygiene items that have been unsealed.
Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are excluded unless otherwise required by law.

Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value once we receive it.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
